The Vault at Estuary Commerce Park in Speke, Liverpool, has served as B&M’s head office since 2010, when the company moved from its previous premises into a combined head office and 620,000 square foot distribution centre as part of a major operational expansion. Speke is located in the south of Liverpool, approximately eight miles from Liverpool city centre, adjacent to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and with direct access to the A562 and A561 roads connecting to the M57 and M56 motorways. The site was later expanded with an additional 500,000 square foot distribution centre at the same Speke campus, and B&M now operates two national DCs — the Liverpool Speke campus and a separate one million square foot facility in Bedford opened in January 2020 which supports new store openings across the south of England. Standard head office business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
