Foxtons opened the doors to its brand-new state-of-the-art headquarters at Building 12, Chiswick Park in January 2026, having spent years designing it from scratch to create an environment built for real-time data flow, high-performance systems, and seamless collaboration. The new headquarters is directly across the street from Foxtons’ previous Chiswick Park home, continuing a presence the company first established at Chiswick in 2001 when it first moved its head office operations to west London. Chiswick Park is one of London’s premier business campuses, located on the Chiswick High Road (A315) in west London and served by Chiswick Park station on the District line, as well as multiple bus routes. Standard head office business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
